徐文成先生是世界上最具综合性、分布范围最广的健康护理产品公司-强生公司的奥运中国项目总经理。

　　徐文成先生于2005年6月担负其目前的职务。在此之前，他曾担任强生中国有限公司的市场总监。

　　徐文成先生于1988年加入强生台湾公司的市场部。1995年，他被任命为强生台湾公司的产品组经理，负责推广沙威隆消毒护理产品。徐文成先生于1997年被任命为强生中国有限公司的市场经理，负责推广可伶可俐品牌计划，并于2004年被任命为市场总监，负责推广露得清护肤产品。徐文成先生是强生在华公司市场委员会成员。

　　徐文成先生出生于台北市，在台湾中原大学获得工商管理学硕士学位。他和夫人育有两个子女，现居住在上海。

　　MIKE HSU

　　Mike Hsu is General Manager of Olympic China of Johnson & Johnson, the world’s most comprehensive and broadly based health care company.

　　Mr. Hsu assumed his current responsibilities in June 2005. Previously Mr. Hsu served as Marketing Director of Johnson & Johnson China.

　　Mr. Hsu joined Johnson & Johnson Taiwan in 1988 in the marketing department. In 1995 he was named Group Product Manager, Johnson & Johnson Taiwan to launch Savlon Antiseptic Body Care Franchise. Mr. Hsu was appointed Marketing Manager of Johnson & Johnson China in 1997 to launch Clean & Clear Skin Care Franchise and Marketing Director in 2004 to launch Neutrogena Skincare Franchise.

　　Among his outside activities, Mr. Hsu is a member of the Marketing Council of Johnson & Johnson in China.

　　Mr. Hsu was born in Taipei, and received his MBA degree of Chuan Yuan Christian University in Taiwan. He and his wife have two children all staying in Shanghai.
